In 1989, Don started his own construction company and began designing and building custom homes. Currently he offers land/home packages to his customers, allowing them to choose from his Prescott Valley lot inventory. His clients have the option of creating their own home design or choosing a plan from the Fairwind Collection. It is also a possibility that Don may be able to help you with a custom home on YOUR lot within the Prescott Valley area.

Jane grew up in Minnesota and moved to Prescott Valley in 1977. She has been involved in the construction industry since then. Jane has been a licensed real estate agent for 11 years and currently owns and operates Fairwind Realty. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the local Prescott Area Association of Realtors.
